How to Place Your Order

Simply fill out the order form at the bottom of this page to get started. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to confirm availability, send over payment details, and get baking!

Ordering Deadline

Orders must be placed by Wednesday at 4:00 PM for fulfillment that same week.

Pick-Up Info

Orders are available for pickup on Saturdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Pickup is local on the South Shore, MA (exact pickup location to be provided after weekly orders are confirmed). If you’re looking to place an order but require it sooner than Saturday, reach out to discuss possible accommodations.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery on the South Shore to the following towns for an additional fee: Cohasset, Duxbury, East Bridgewater, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plympton, Scituate, Whitman.

Shipping

Bakes by J operates under Massachusetts Cottage Food Law as a licensed Retail Residential Kitchen and is in the process of ramping up our shipping capabilities. We sell directly to consumers in accordance with 105 CMR 590 and Massachusetts Department of Public Health guidance. This includes in-person sales and sales by internet or mail, as permitted under state regulations. Shipping is only available within Massachusetts. When you place an order for shipping, your items are packaged and shipped directly by us from our home kitchen to you. We do not use third-party fulfillment services or retail intermediaries.

• Orders are mailed out on Monday mornings via UPS Ground and typically arrive by Tuesday end of day

• Minimum order is 18 cookies per shipment

• UPS Ground (Tuesday EOD delivery) shipping costs $15.95, and costs apply per box shipped

• I’m happy to include a handwritten note with a message of your choosing in any shipment
